For the persons who are born in 1989, they should bring a suspended military conscription or a final exemption certificate.

Procedures
- An approved and certified copy of the General Certificate of Secondary Education certificate/ scientific stream.
- An approved and certified copy of the (BA) bachelor degree.
- If the applicant is not a graduate of Jordanian universities, an equivalence letter for tne bachelor degree shall be obtained from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan.
- A non-criminal record certificate.
- A copy of the Civil Status ID card.
- Two (2) personal photographs.
- A valid copy of registration in Jordan Medical Association.
